19. Waiver
Ready for Transport’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these TOU does not constitute a waiver of those rights or provisions. Ready for Transport’s waiver of these TOU must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the company.
20. Marketing
Ready for Transport reserves the right to use your name and/or Ready for Transport’s name, logo, and trademarks to identify you as a Ready for Transport user or customer, as well as for other marketing and promotional purposes on Ready for Transport’s Site and in other communications and collateral materials provided to existing or potential Ready for Transport customers, partners, and investors. To decline Ready for Transport this right you need to email [email protected] stating that you do not wish to be used as a reference.
21. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these TOU or your use of the Site should be construed as implying that either party is a partner, joint venturer, employee, or agent of the other, nor should either party represent itself as such. Neither party has the right or authority to incur, assume, or create any warranty, liability, or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of the other party, whether in writing or otherwise.of or on behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions.
